Después de un año de pausa, volvemos con un team aún más espectacular, eso sí, siempre en el medio de la naturaleza! Prepárate para 3 días de acro, handstands, acrobacias de suelo y mucho divertimiento!

Cómo  siempre nos gusta en nuestros retiros, todos los niveles están  bienvenidos. Te daremos la oportunidad de practicar desde los elementos  básicos hasta transiciones más avanzadas en un ambiente relajado, de  divertimiento y sobre todo, seguro.

CASA:

Can  Solà es una masia situada a Vilobí d'Onyar, cerca de Girona, en un  lugar rodeado por la naturaleza. Podrás reconectar con la naturaleza en  este espacio precioso, con piscina si el tiempo lo permite (cruzamos los  dedos) y tanto espacio que tendrás para elegir dónde pasar los ratos  libres.

 COMIDA:

Ya  lleva varias ediciones acompañándonos Yasmina y su equipo. Cuidará de  nosotres con mucho amor y sus deliciosos platos vegetarianos. No te  faltará de nada!

PRECIO:

El  precio incluye 3 días y dos noches en la masía, acceso exclusivo a todos los espacios como piscina, todas las actividades y  talleres, desayuno, comida, merienda y cena.  No incluido: solo tendrás que traer tus sábanas, saco de dormir, toalla, y tus ganas de pasártelo pipa!

 We are very excited to present the  Acro Spring Retreat 2023!! 

After one year off, we are back with an even more spectacular team, and of course, as always, in the middle of nature! Get ready for 3 days of acro, handstands, floor acrobatics and a lot of fun!

As  we always like in our retreats, all levels are more than welcome! We  will give you the opportunity to practice from the basics to more  advanced transitions in a fun, relaxed, and more importantly, safe  environment.

THE HOUSE:

Can  Solà is a country house located in Vilobí d'Onyar, close to Gerona, in a  place surrounded by nature. You will be able to reconnect with nature  in this beautiful space with a swimming pool if the weather allows it  (lets cross fingers) and so much space that you will have a hard time  choosing where to spend your free time.

FOOD:

Yasmina  and her team have been with us for several editions. She will take care  of us with lots of love and her delicious vegetarian dishes. You won't  be missing anything!

PRICE:

The  price includes 3 days and 2 nights in the house, the exclusive access  to all the spaces, all the  activities and workshops, breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner.  Not included: you will only have to bring your bed sheets/sleeping bag, towel, and your good vibes!
