Nous sommes vraiment heureux de venir vous faire voler dans la magique ville de Crest!
Dans cet atelier nous aurons l'occasion d'explorer ensemble différents aspects de l'Acroyoga que nous aimons beaucoup :
🔶 DES JEUX ICARIENS pleins d'adrénaline où le "temps" et la "connexion" seront la clé pour voler plus haut.
🔶 Whip POPs dans lesquels la précision et la connexion nous permettront d'enrichir notre pratique de figures avancées en toute sécurité.

Pour pouvoir participer les prérequis qui suivent sont nécessaires :
Rising Whip (the elbow one)
Whip-Pop Tarzan to throne
Icarian throw throne/bird and viceversa
Pour ceux qui ont déjà une pratique avancée, ce sera un plaisir d'ajouter du piquant et de nouvelles astuces pour rendre votre pratique encore plus passionnante et stimulante !
Cet atelier est ouvert à partir du niveau intermédiaire/avancé.

𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐘 𝐁𝐈𝐑𝐃: avant le 8 septembre, Weekend 105€ (ou adhérents aux Dromedaires 2023/24) 12 places dispo

Journée (6 heures): 70€
Politique d'annulation: L'annulation avant le 8 septembre prévoit un remboursement de 50% du montant payé. Une annulation après le 8 sptembre ne donnera lieu à aucun remboursement.

If you like the dynamic L-basing and the adrenaline transitions, you cannot miss this. In these 4 modules workshop the main focus will be on:
🔶 Icarian & Foot Juggling
🔶 Whip-pops & Whicarian
but also advanced spotting techniques in order to offer you a safe and fun learning experience to live and to bring home. Come to learn, improve and fly higher and smoother.

This workshop is designed for 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀.
We recommend you to join us if you feel comfortable with the following prereqs. First of all, will to have fun with your Acro buddies during the weekend and then:
For Intermediate:

Icarian throw throne/bird and viceversa
